Terms and Conditions – Spribe Win Gaming Platform

Welcome to Spribe Win. These Terms and Conditions apply to all players who access or use the Spribe Win website, mobile platform or any related services. The moment you click "Register", complete your registration or log into an existing account, you are accepting these terms without reservation.

Spribe Win reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check back periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. These terms are written in plain Pakistan English to make them as clear and straightforward as possible for our players.

To register and play on Spribe Win, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Spribe Win does not permit players under 18 under any circumstances. We may request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Spribe Win or a close family member of such an employee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you have applied for through Spribe Win's responsible gaming tools.

Each player may only hold one account on Spribe Win. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If we detect that a player holds more than one account, both accounts may be suspended and any balance held pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. Spribe Win will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification: Spribe Win may ask you to verify your identity at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID. We may also ask for proof of payment method ownership. Providing requested documents promptly helps ensure there is no delay to your withdrawals.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as set out in our operational policies, which may include an administrative fee on the remaining balance after a defined period of inactivity following written notice.

All transactions on Spribe Win are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your Spribe Win account must come from a payment method that is legally registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account balance within seconds. Bank and card deposits may take a short period to clear depending on your provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal, you may be asked to complete identity verification. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally the fastest. Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page within your account. These may be updated from time to time and the cashier page always reflects the current applicable limits.

• Deposits made with a bonus applied may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is available — see Section 5.
• Spribe Win does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the withdrawal amount.

Spribe Win offers promotions and bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are set out clearly on the Promotions page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement — this is a multiplier that tells you how many times you need to wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) before the bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game type will be specified in the bonus terms.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered within the stated time period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice beyond the original bonus terms.

Spribe Win reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid- way through the promotional period, players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions at the point of withdrawal will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All games available on Spribe Win — including Aviator and other Spribe crash games, Live Casino tables, Slots, and Bingo rooms — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics provided by our game suppliers. Game outcomes are fair, independent and not influenced by the platform or any prior results.

Each game has its own set of rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you place a bet. Spribe Win accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a misunderstanding of game rules.

Technical Issues: In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance. If connectivity is lost during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server result, which is final. We recommend playing on a stable internet connection.

Bingo-Specific Rules: Bingo tickets purchased for a specific session are non-refundable once the session has started. Prizes are awarded to players whose cards match the winning pattern as called. Chat room conduct must remain respectful — abusive language toward other players or staff in the chat will result in a chat ban and may result in account suspension.

Live Casino Rules: Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant in play as stated by the live dealer at the start of each round. Any dispute regarding a live casino outcome must be raised with support within 24 hours of the disputed game round, with the relevant game round ID provided.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly in your account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a set amount of time during a single session.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing and your net gaming result for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period — from 24 hours to a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Spribe Win. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening more than one account per person, household or device.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software designed to play games or exploit promotional offers on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors or technical faults in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected glitch will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games or bingo rooms.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or structuring of financial transactions.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to play on your account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Spribe Win staff through any channel, including chat rooms.

Spribe Win monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend account access, withhold withdrawals and conduct an investigation before reaching a decision. Players under investigation will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide their account of events.

Spribe Win collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

We collect data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and comply with our obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank partners is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.

Spribe Win provides the platform and its games on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and a smooth experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spribe Win is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, network failures or force majeure events.
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures, provided we have taken reasonable steps to maintain data integrity.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Spribe Win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, through a notice displayed when you next log in or via email to your registered address.

If you continue to use the platform after updated terms have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any real-money balance.
